Avocado Crema Recipe

The avocado sauce that is creamy and drizzled with salt, pepper, and lime is among the easiest recipes I’ve created this year, and yet, it’s incredible.

If you believe me on only one thing, then trust me about this recipe, and purchase a few avocados as quickly as you can.

Avocado Sauce

If you love the taste of guacamole but feel the desire for something with an easier taste, Avocado Cream Sauce is the recipe for you. It reminds me of the flavor that you get when you mix your guacamole with sour cream to make tacos or burritos.

Smooth, tangy, and rich, without being too heavy avocado cream sauce has become among my latest favorite things.

It is a great match It is a great match between Mexican and Southwestern Flavors, and almost any type of meat. Sprinkled over the top or used as a dipping sauce there’s no limit on the variety of ways to serve avocado-based cream sauce.

In addition to being utterly amazing, it can’t be simpler to prepare. Simply put two avocados that are peeled and ripe in the blender with sour cream as well as lime juice and garlic. Blend until the sauce is smooth.

This avocado-based cream sauce is light enough to serve as a sauce for dipping, yet large enough to stand up to burritos and tacos as well as nachos, and many other foods.

I also recommend you make this sauce with crispy cooked potatoes or roasted veggies for breakfast tacos with, on top, under or on top of anything else you’d like to dip in it.

Seriously, however, you decide to serve it, it’ll be a success. We prepared this sauce twice over the course of two days and it disappeared within minutes.

We can’t resist! It’s one of my favorite ways to cook avocados.

Avocado Cream Sauce Recipe

Instructions

Place the avocado yogurt, garlic, and lime juice into the blender. Blend until it is completely smooth. Add salt and pepper according to your preference.

Transfer the sauce into the platter and serve right away or wrap tightly, pressing plastic wrap over the top of sauce prior to sealing with an airtight lid.

The sauce can be kept in the refrigerator for up to 48 hours, provided you ensure it stays for that long. Enjoy!
